- OFFICIAL ID: To ensure the safety and peace of all our guests and neighbors, it is mandatory for all adult guests to send a copy of their official photo ID (INE, passport, or equivalent) prior to arrival. The name on the ID must match the reservation.
At check-in, the same identification must be presented in person to verify the provided information.
Failure to comply with this rule may result in reservation cancellation without refund.
In the case of minors, and in accordance with the Mexico City Tourism Law (Article 60 BIS), we are required to implement security measures to protect children. Therefore, please send an ID (e.g., school credential, passport) for each child and make sure they are registered as children on the Airbnb platform.
- CHECK-OUT: 12 am. If you need late check out, first you need to check availability then authorization. After 1 pm, there is a 50% daily rate charge.
-CHECK IN: From 4 pm till 9 pm. If you need to check in early, please also reserve 1 night before, so you can have access at the exact time you need. If you need to check in after 9 pm, we will charge 50% of daily price.
- LUGGAGE: There is no place where we can keep your luggage, after check out or before check in. You are booking an apartment in a family building so there is no luggage room.
- PROPERTY DAMAGE: The apartment must be handed in same conditions as arrival. Any property damage must be informed immediately to quote repair asap. The cost must be over by the guest.
- APARTMENT SMOKE FREE: Cigarettes, cigars or any other tobacco item aren't allowed inside the apartment. Any violation to this rule can cause a $500 Mexican pesos penalty.
- NO DRUGS ALLOWED: Drugs or any other illicit substances are prohibited inside the apartment or in the facilities. If this rule is violated, the reservation will be canceled immediately with NO REFUND. Local authorities visits will be permitted.
- NO ILICIT ACTIVITIES: Any elicit activities are not allowed inside the building. The host will informed to local authorities ASAP. The violation of this rule will cause cancelation with NO REFUND.
- NO LOUD NOISES: Please, you must consider that you are in a family building. Be considerate and keep a normal noise volumen after 22:00 hs till 9 am. There is a $1,000 pesos penalty if there is loud noise in silence hours.
-VISITS OR PARTIES: Parties and gatherings aren't permitted in the apartment. No registered guest aren't allowed in the property.
-KEYS AND PARKING REMOTE CONTROL LOST: if you loose the remote control for the parking gate, there is a cost of $1,500 pesos. If you loose the keys there is a cost of: $200 pesos building entrance key each; $200 pesos elevator key; $150 electronic lock key.
The entire apartment is only available for you during your stay. No one else has access to get it while you are there.

You can do self check in and I'll request an official ID from all the guests. Including children.
The apartment includes 1 parking space (NO extra fee), suitable for standard SUV-type vehicles. A Suburban can fit, but the space is tight and requires careful maneuvering to park.
As an alternative, there is a paid public parking lot just 100 meters away, and street parking is available with a parking meter (free on Saturdays and Sundays).
