In less than 15 minutes, you'll be in Reforma, Condesa, and Polanco. Don't worry about parking; we have a free spot for your car.

The space

Spacious accommodation designed for guest comfort, featuring three bedrooms:
The master bedroom includes a king-sized bed, an en suite bathroom, and a Smart TV for enjoying local channels and your favorite streaming apps. Translucent and blackout blinds are provided for your privacy and relaxation.
Bedroom 2 features a queen-sized bed, closet, and Smart TV. It also comes equipped with translucent and blackout blinds for your privacy and rest.
Bedroom 3 offers a double bed, closet, and Smart TV, along with the same privacy-enhancing blinds.
A bathroom located in the hallway is shared between the second and third bedrooms.
The large kitchen is equipped with essentials for preparing delicious meals and includes a bar table that seats four people.
Enjoy the best moments with family or friends in the comfortable living and dining area.

The apartment also includes two parking spaces suitable for compact cars or SUVs.

House rules

- OFFICIAL ID: In order to ensure the safety and peace of mind of all our guests, it is mandatory that all adult guests send a copy of their official identification (ID, passport, or other valid photo identification) prior to their arrival. This identification must match the name on the reservation. Additionally, at check-in, guests will be required to present the same official identification in person to verify the provided information. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in the cancellation of the reservation without a refund.

- CHECK-OUT: 11 am. If you need late check out, first you need to check availability then authorization. After 1 pm, there is a 50% daily rate charge.

-CHECK IN: From 3 pm till 7 pm. If you need to check in early, please also reserve 1 night before, so you can have access at the exact time you need. If you need to check in after 9 pm, we will charge 50% of daily price.

- LUGGAGE: There is no place where we can keep your luggage, after check out or before check in. You are booking an apartment in a family building so there is no luggage room.

- PROPERTY DAMAGE: The apartment must be handed in same conditions as arrival. Any property damage must be informed immediately to quote repair asap. The cost must be over by the guest.

- APARTMENT SMOKE FREE: Cigarettes, cigars or any other tobacco item aren't allowed inside the apartment. Any violation to this rule can cause a $500 Mexican pesos penalty.

- NO DRUGS ALLOWED: Drugs or any other illicit substances are prohibited inside the apartment or in the facilities. If this rule is violated, the reservation will be canceled immediately with NO REFUND. Local authorities visits will be permitted.

- NO ILICIT ACTIVITIES: Any elicit activities are not allowed inside the building. The host will informed to local authorities ASAP. The violation of this rule will cause cancelation with NO REFUND.

- NO LOUD NOISES: Please, you must consider that you are in a family building. Be considerate and keep a normal noise volumen after 23:00 hs till 9 am.

-VISITS OR PARTIES: Parties and gatherings aren't permitted in the apartment. No registered guest aren't allowed in the property.

-KEYS AND PARKING REMOTE CONTROL LOST: if you loose the remote control for the parking gate, there is a cost of $1,500 pesos. If you loose the keys, there is a cost of $200 pesos for each key.

The apartment is available exclusively for guests listed on the reservation. No one else will have access to the premises during your stay.

Other things to note

Every Sunday, a street market sets up right outside, so please expect some noise starting early in the morning. The market wraps up at 6:30 PM. You’ll have the opportunity to enjoy delicious Mexican snacks, fresh fruits, vegetables, and meats. You can also find cleaning products, clothing, footwear, and more. If you need to drive in or out of the building during market hours, please use Arizona Street. Drive carefully through the market stalls.
