We offer a one parking lot inside the building for free. It is ideal for a compact car or SUV. It isn't suitable for a Van or Suburban.
Master Bedroom: King-size bed, desk for working from home, access to the balcony, private full bathroom with essentials, towels, and closet.
Bedroom 2: Two single beds and closet space.
Full Bathroom: Located in the hallway, includes essentials and towels.
Living Room: Full-size sofa bed, Smart TV with access to your favorite apps (option to log into your own Netflix account).

Colonia Cuauhtémoc is one of the most iconic, central, and charming neighborhoods in Mexico City. With peaceful, tree-lined streets full of life, it blends classic Porfirian architecture with a vibrant cultural, gastronomic, and commercial scene.
Just steps away, you’ll find the iconic Angel of Independence monument on Paseo de la Reforma, one of the city’s most important and beautiful avenues. This location is also ideal for travelers visiting for business or official matters, as it’s just 10 minutes walking distance to CAS Hamburgo and 8 minutes away by car to the new U.S. Embassy in Irrigación, as well as close to consulates, corporate offices, and business centers.
The area is filled with boutique cafés, international restaurants, artisan bakeries, rooftop bars, and local designer shops. You can also walk to nearby neighborhoods like the Zona Rosa, known for its cosmopolitan vibe and nightlife, or take a short bike or car ride to Chapultepec Park, just 10 minutes away.
The neighborhood is very well connected, with easy access to public transportation (Metro, Metrobús, Ecobici) and major roads, making it simple to explore the rest of the city.
-OFFICIAL IDENTIFICATION:
To ensure the safety and peace of mind of all our guests and neighbors, it is mandatory for all adult guests to send a copy of their official photo ID (INE, passport, or equivalent) before arrival. The name on the ID must match the name on the reservation.
At check-in, the same ID must be presented in person to verify the provided information.
Failure to comply with this rule may result in the cancellation of the reservation without refund.
For minors, and in accordance with the Mexico City Tourism Law (Article 60 BIS), we are required to implement security measures to protect them. Therefore, we ask that you send an ID with photo for each minor (e.g., school ID or passport) and ensure they are registered as children on the Airbnb platform.
-CHECK-OUT: 11 AM. If you need a late check-out, please ask for availability and obtain authorization. After 11:00 AM on the scheduled check-out day, a fee of 50% of the nightly rate will be charged.
-CHECK-IN: From 3 PM to 8 PM.
-LUGGAGE STORAGE: We do not have space to store luggage before or after your stay. We suggest searching for a nearby luggage storage service. The building’s security staff is not authorized to hold luggage.
-TRASH: Help us keep the apartment clean. There is no trash collection service. General trash bins are located in the hallway, in front of the apartment door.
-PROPERTY DAMAGE: The apartment must be left in the same condition it was delivered. Any damage must be reported. The cost of repair will be quoted and must be covered by the guest.
-DECORATION: Please do not move, remove, or change any furniture, objects, or decorations in the room or apartment.
-SMOKE-FREE APARTMENT: The use of cigarettes or any tobacco products inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in a $1,000 MXN fine.
-ILLEGAL SUBSTANCE USE: The use of drugs or narcotics is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Any reported illegal activity may result in authorities being granted access. Guests will be asked to leave immediately without refund.
-QUIET HOURS: Please keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM and respect the neighbors, many of whom are working professionals and families.
-VISITORS: Parties or gatherings are strictly prohibited. Only registered guests on the Airbnb platform are allowed to enter. No outside visitors are permitted.
-EXTRA GUESTS: Additional guests beyond the number listed in the reservation incur an extra charge. A maximum of 2 extra guests is allowed. Please inquire about the cost when booking.
-LOSS OR THEFT: The host is not responsible for any loss or theft within the apartment.
-PARKING:
The host is not responsible for any loss or theft in the parking area. Please park only within the marked yellow lines.
-INTERNET:
The apartment has internet access. Each guest is responsible for their online activity during the stay. It is strictly forbidden to download or upload illegal content.
-INVENTORY:
The apartment is equipped and inventoried with basic items for your use and enjoyment. Please take care of them, as they are for your benefit. Any damage or loss must be replaced or will incur a charge based on the item’s value.
-PROPERTY LIABILITY:
Neither the host nor the property owner is responsible for any crime or illegal act committed within the apartment, thus protecting the property from asset forfeiture.
-CONTACT:
For maintenance issues or questions about the apartment, please contact us between 9 AM and 10 PM. After 10 PM, please call or message only in case of emergency.
We provide all our guests with a starter kit that includes basic consumables such as toilet paper, paper towels, and shampoo. Unlike hotels with daily housekeeping services, we cannot restock these items beyond the initial supply. Fortunately, our properties are located near major stores, so feel free to purchase any additional items you may need during your stay.
The apartment is for the exclusive use of the guests registered in the app. Visitors are not allowed. Only registered guests will have the access key during their stay.
I like to give guests their space, but I'm available for any support they may need. My availability hours are from 9 AM to 10 PM.
Cross the street and walk 500 meters to reach Terrapuerto El Ángel, a bus terminal with departures and arrivals from AIFA, Puebla, Pachuca, Querétaro, Cuernavaca, and Toluca. Available bus lines include Viva Aerobus (AIFA only), eBus, ADO, Pullman Morelos, Primera Plus, and Caminante Plus.
